On Mobility (Part 5)
The Wheel of Life
Introduction
In previous articles we built upon the foundations of mobility and hopefully as a reader this information has spurred questions of your own. In these final chapters, we are going to look at the present and into the very near future. What I hope to underscore is that you have the ability to make better choices for yourself and those you care about. With that said, it also goes to say that if there are more people informed and who can innovate and purchase their own modes of production and mobility, we will all be better for it. Also when we speak about mobility we speak of personal freedom, for ourselves and those that follow us in the future. What we are battling is a very constrictive and in many ways, it is the result of the “anti-mobility” drive of the very people running the institutions which govern humanity. Who are these groups? We have covered the World Economic Forum (WEF), we have touched on The Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD), and certainly most are aware of many of the acronymic groups within the United Nations (UN). If you are not fully aware, please take a look at this chart.
The Recent Past
Within the context of the United Nations are the textual documentation which compromises the heart of the United Nations brain trust. Here I am going to touch on a few of these textual references, although there are many who have done so in a much more comprehensive manner. We will include a bibliography at the end of this article. In the text “The First Global Revolution”, leading “intellectual elites” in the Club of Rome admitted that they manufactured the threat of anthropogenic global warming as a “unifying external threat” that would place the blame on humanity (and this would obviously make people sympathetic to the Globalist rhetoric of “global problems requiring global solutions”), and that appointed bureaucracies must replace any vestige of democracy as a governing force. The relevant chapter is called “The Vacuum”. Excerpts are as follows:
“It would seem that men and women need a common motivation, namely a common adversary to organize and act together; in the vacuum such motivations seem to have ceased to exist‚ or have yet to be found.
The need for enemies seems to be a common historical factor. States have striven to overcome domestic failure and internal contradictions by designating external enemies. The scapegoat practice is as old as mankind itself. When things become too difficult at home, divert attention by adventure abroad. Bring the divided nation together to face an outside enemy, either a real one or else one invented for the purpose….”

Recall:
In our article (On Mobility (Part 2), we began to break down the narratives surrounding the modern electric vehicle (c. 1990), revealing that the premises which were to bolster consumer demand (e.g. “environmentally friendly”, less pollution etc.) are simply not supported by the facts. The supply chain for electric vehicles does indeed contribute to greater pollution, fewer options, limited range and expensive out of pocket costs.
So there is a serious disconnect between stated policy objectives and what the policy planners themselves state the real aim of their planning is driving at. On the one hand, many good people around the world want to retain a healthy world for their children and future generations, there is nothing . . . absolutely nothing awry with that. In a normal person’s mind, those people would be seen as ethical, kind hearted and constructively minded. Not so for our current set of leaders, these altruistic tendencies are seen as a weakness to be exploited. Well, lets not be too kind to these “leaders”, no the kindness of decent people is used against them toward a very disturbing agenda.
What we are witnessing in 2022, is the reaping of a very bitter harvest, planted many decades ago by a very select group of people. Who are these people? After reading a few of our articles you know the names of several “lightening rods” and “water carriers” for policy planners. Maybe in a future article we can outline some of those who truly are at the helm, but for now it serves us to at least know what they are about. Lets take a look at the present in regards to mobility, energy and food, here in March 2022
The Present
It is Saint Patrick’s Day 2022, gasoline is between $4.00 and $6.50 a gallon in the United States. In Europe, the world’s largest grain producing area will not be planting a full harvest. War has reached a sudden peak in Ukraine and the mobility of millions of people has suddenly been curtailed, again. In China, man areas have been locked down again, factories have reportedly closed. In the Middle East, the powerhouse nation of Saudi Arabia where a gallon of gas is about $2.35 per gallon, they are considering exiting the “petro-dollar” and accepting Chinese currency for barrels of oil. In Brazil, a nation almost entirely dependent upon Russian fertilizer, the best plan the government can come up with is in 30 years to be less dependent upon foreign fertilizer. The frightening reality of partnering with Western sanctions on Russia dawned suddenly upon Brazilians in this article published a month ago.
Awkward Plans
The above article reference from Brazil is a notable lesson on the inefficiencies of centralized control, rather those of governments. Yes, this is the case with all governments, lets use Brazil as a marker.
The Brazilian government presented its National Fertilizer Plan, to reduce the country’s dependency on imports from 85% of its demand to 45% until 2050, on Friday.
Brazil is the fourth biggest importer of fertilizer and is responsible for 8% of the global consumption.
It imports 85% of its demand for potassium, phosphorus and nitrogen.
“We are not looking for self-sufficiency, but rather the ability to overcome challenges and maintain our agribusiness,” Brazilian Agriculture Minister Tereza Cristina said. “But we will have our foreign dependence greatly reduced.”
If in 2022, the best a group filching off of the Brazilian tax payer can do is to have a solution in 28 years, well you know the level of disdain these people have for the schmucks who pay their salary, who afford their decadence.
By the time the solution “arrives”, it is possible, should fertilizer problems continue, that over half the population of Brazil may be dead. More than likely Brazilians won’t put up with such incompetence, they will find solutions before then. Why is all of this such a “surprise” to our leaders? I suggest that it may not be a surprise at all, from everything written it would appear it is very much planned. Lets take a look at the fertilizer process.
The Haber-Bosch Process
In our second article “ On Mobility (Part 2) Issues With The Narrative”, we introduced the Haber Bosch process whereby natural gas may be processed into anhydrous ammonia (NH3).
This process, unbeknownst to many, was the catalyst for the population explosion after World War II. The Haber-Bosch process utilizes hydrogen and atmospheric nitrogen under extremely high pressure and temperature in combination with a metal catalyst such as iron to produce ammonia gas, which is condensed with the help of cold water, forming liquid ammonia also known as anhydrous ammonia (Figure 1A). In this process, natural gas is typically used as a hydrogen feedstock. This process as you see above is supplied by natural gas, the feedstock.
Natural gas is found in areas rich in crude oil and those areas found with coal deposits. When reading the white papers introduced in our fourth article, we see that the “Green Revolution” was simply a grift used in order to steer the masses away from the rich and energy abundant sources of coal, oil and natural gas. What doesn’t make sense at first is why when we had electric vehicles abundant and unique over 180 years before, why were people so mesmerized by the new electric vehicle push? Another question could be, “Why do people not know the difference between energy storage and energy generation?” In other words, an electric vehicle is fine but where will the electricity be produced?
So as you can see in the Haber-Bosch diagram (Fertilizer Infographic), wind and solar panels are not a feedstock for the process which produces fertilizer. In the above diagram for the electric supply, sources of power are labeled “fuel”, this is what is meant by feedstock.
What industry has been embattled and reviled? Yes it is the feedstock fuels of natural gas, coal and oil. Did you know power plants require a constant supply of feedstock fuels and furthermore, that our electric grid requires it? The Union of Concerned Scientists has been writing about this issue for some time now. Ask yourself, “Why have I not heard of this group?”. Here is their paper whereby they request the government to “pretty please” wise up and revamp the infrastructure.
A historic blackout in 2003 showcased why effective grid transmission is so important. On August 14, 2003, an Ohio power company set off the largest blackout in human history simply due to human error [13]. The blackout spread across New York, Pennsylvania, Connecticut, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Michigan, and even parts of Canada. Offices had to be evacuated, and thousands of people flooded hospitals suffering from the heat [14]. Our electricity grid has come a long way since 2003, but many more opportunities exist for improvement.
Wait a minute, 2003! You mean there has been a group out there publishing about this issue for almost 20 years and our government has done nothing? No they have done worse than nothing.
According to 100-page report issued in 2021 by University of Texas researchers, some 67 gas companies were paid to shut off power during the February 2021 deep freeze.
Most were natural gas suppliers and included some that provided critical fuel to power plants across the state. The report concluded that it was a systemic series of failures that caused “a loss of power for more than 4.5 million homes,” according to the report issued Tuesday. “This failure has resulted in at least 57 deaths across 25 Texas counties and over $195 billion in property damage.”
Yes, that is right. When people might die, when infrastructure is most fragile , what did the Electric Reliability Council of Texas (ERCOT) instruct under penalty, the power operators to do, they told them to shut it all down. It is all here in this document from the Department of Energy (DOE). At least that is the official story.
Synthesis
So not only is the power grid fragile (NERC report), apparently in a nation where we were the largest exporter of energy in the world, now we just can’t find it anymore. If you believe that, I have an “ocean front property in Arizona” to sell you.
Then in the middle of March 2022 we have this article from Michael Bloomberg’s group. An excerpt,
If your income is more than $289,000 a year, the run-up in gas prices may be alarming — but it’s unlikely to hammer your overall finances. After all, Americans at that level spend no more than 1% of their take-home pay on gas and oil, according to the Bureau of Labor Statistics.
So while most people in the west, at least 90% make less than $300k a year. While the incomes have not risen with inflation. While families require two incomes to support their mortgage, vehicle payments, gasoline and basic needs, we have an administration in which:
Jen Psaki let the cat out of the bag a couple of weeks ago, when she explained the upside of high gas prices (which so very many people had somehow overlooked): “Look, our view is that the rise in gas prices over the long term makes an even stronger case for doubling down on our investment and our focus on clean energy options, so we are not relying on the fluctuations and OPEC and their willingness to put more supply and meet the demand in the market.” On Tuesday, Old Joe Biden doubled down on the idea that skyrocketing gas prices are all part of a Leftist social engineering project when he claimed that those who bought electric cars are saving money these days instead of paying exorbitant prices at the pump.
The ostensible president read off his teleprompter: “I also want to briefly address one myth about inflated gas prices: They are not due to environmental measures.” Of course, Joe! How could anyone have possibly gotten the crazy idea that killing the Keystone Pipeline and destroying America’s energy independence could have anything, anything whatsoever, to do with rising gas prices? “My effort to combat climate change is not raising the price of gas or increasing its availability.” He meant “decreasing,” but you knew that. And since this is Joe Biden, you also knew that he was going to tell you how a sow’s ear is really a silk purse, and a disaster is actually manna raining from heaven: “It — what it is doing: It’s increasing the availability of jobs. Jobs building electric cars, like the one I drove at the GM Detroit — at the GM factory in Detroit last week.”
Biden went even farther, pointing out that if you had been one of the environmentally-conscious folks who bought an electric car, you wouldn’t be watching more and more of your income flying away at the gas pump: “For the hundreds of thousands of folks who bought one of those electric cars, they’re going to save $800 to $1,000 in fuel costs this year.” Not only are they weathering a bread shortage by eating cake, but they’re also helping all of us out: “And we’re going to put those savings within reach of more Americans and create jobs installing solar panels, batteries, electric heat pumps — jobs making those clean power-generating devices.” This is going to result in a new dawning of prosperity: “And by the way, deploying these technologies for each home where they’re installed is going to save folks an additional hundreds of dollars in energy costs every year.”
Biden was talking about a vanishingly small segment of the car-buying public. About 100 million cars were sold in the United States from January through June 2021, of which around 291,000 were electric, which was down from the average of 320,000 from 2018 through 2020, despite all of Biden’s handlers’ environmental hectoring. So Old Joe is touting the fact that a few hundred thousand people in a country of 333 million saved some money in fuel costs this year.
Essentially, fellow Americans if you don’t like our idiotic policies causing massive inflation, grid interruptions and massive fuel shortages, “Let them eat cake.” This was the reply from the governing leadership of The United States of America. So Brazilians, while in the very near future you may be starving, you can at least comfort yourselves with the schadenfreude that Americans will also be suffering with difficulties in maintaining their lifestyle. Yes, this is not easy, but really I’m not the only person drawing dire conclusions from present events. Gonzalo Lira recently uploaded a video in which he warns Americans that rapid poverty is arriving within the next 30 months. Whether this is “fear mongering”, or brutal analysis, I leave you the reader to determine; however, he makes some salient points.
Lira lays the responsibility upon the population of America and while I may not like what he is saying, I cannot honestly argue with some of his premises. Unfortunately it will not be the rulers who have steered this nation into oblivion, nor their inheritances nor their grandchildren which will suffer, it will be the most vulnerable. In this particular area, that of control and ability, I severely disagree with Lira’s argument. Shall we blame the single mother on welfare for the extravagances of the multi-generational elite? Certainly not; however, who will hold them to account?
Population Control and Food as a Weapon
So how have these “leaders of the free world” led our world into such a trap? Will the “first world” experience extreme hardship in the very near future? In the now declassified publication, “NSSM 200 Implications of Worldwide Population Growth For U.S. Security and Overseas Interests (THE KISSINGER REPORT) December 10, 1974” it was made very clear:
We cannot wait for overall modernization and development to produce lower fertility rates naturally since this will undoubtedly take many decades in most developing countries, during which time rapid population growth will tend to slow development and widen even more the gap between rich and poor.
Further analysis of this paper is found all over libraries. Several papers were written regarding the covert language within NSSM 200, the Schiller Institute in 1995 stated:
The bogus arguments that Kissinger advanced were not original. One of his major sources was the Royal Commission on Population, which King George VI had created in 1944 “to consider what measures should be taken in the national interest to influence the future trend of population.” The commission found that Britain was gravely threatened by population growth in its colonies, since “a populous country has decided advantages over a sparsely-populated one for industrial production.” The combined effects of increasing population and industrialization in its colonies, it warned, “might be decisive in its effects on the prestige and influence of the West,” especially effecting “military strength and security.
People need fertilizer to grow food, because without food we starve. The people we speak of, Baron de Rothschild, Claus Schwab and Maurice Strong are not mental light weights, nor is Henry Kissinger, they know about these processes as well.
So then, why would they promote a movement which will curtail energy production and thereby decrease the amount of available fertilizer?
I do recommend Matthew Connelly’s book on the efforts to control human population, it is an excellent summary of over 100 years of population control efforts. The “green movement” is nothing less than humanity committing suicide on a global scale, but you are not to speak of it amongst the non-initiated. Yes, it is an ugly truth.
Understanding the underpinnings of the eugenicists, “family planners”, the modern environmental social governance (ESG), climate change activists and other schemes to part the gullible from their money and any future for passing on their genes is only a small part of what is being played out here. Perhaps now, in 2022 while some of us in The United States of America remember being a nation of abundance, some of the picture is more clear than ever. You see the more humane approach has been abandoned and now, (as in the past) food shall be used as a weapon.
If you survived the last 18 months, and we hope you have your health, you may be aware that the attack vectors on our human family are many. What we are entering into next may be more of a challenge. When we speak about “mobility”, we are also speaking about freedom in all areas of our life. One of the most important things we can secure is food; however, if we do not secure an energy source we are also vulnerable.
Securing Energy
One of the most important things a person can do is secure talent, skills, tools and resources. This applies to most areas of life; however, in “the tails” of risk these are vital to survival. Energy is one of those areas that a person, company or nation state cannot dismiss, no matter what their relations with others, it is important to become self-sufficient. In the following articles we will conclude “On Mobility” by highlighting the interdependencies of energy and food, and what you and yours can do about it. It is about Freedom and Mobility for all of us.
